To Review Your website, header, or Logo Revisions

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Website Design Services, Power Content Plans, or Logo Design.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. A list displays if you have multiple accounts. If necessary, select the account you want to use.
  5. In the Timeline section of the Design Manager home page, the Review Revisionsmessages displays. Move your mouse over the message displayed in the Timeline.
  6. In the message, click the blue link to review the revision.
  7. Click Feedback to submit your feedback. Click Send to send your feedback to the PWS team. If you have additional feedback to submit after you click send, you can repeat this step.
  8. Click Approve to let the PWS team know that you have sent all of your feedback. The team will not review your feedback until you complete this process.
  9. In the I Approve the Design text box, enter a message for the PWS team or accept the default message, and then click Submit Message.

You can send your Design Specialist a description of your update. You can also upload files to use with your update. Updates take seven business days to complete.

To Request an Update to Your Web Store

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Dream Web Design. A list displays if you have multiple projects.
  3. Click Options next to the project you want to work with.
  4. Click View Project.
  5. Go to the project you want to update, click Actions and then click Request Update.
  6. In the What would you like us to update window, enter a description of the update you want.
  7. Go to the Resources section.
  8. Click Select Files.
  9. Select the files you want to use for your update, and then click Open. The file uploads.
  10. Click Submit. A message displays indicating you submitted your request.
  11. To edit your request, click Edit My Request, and then repeat the above steps.
  12. Click Close.
