Totally, there are 1,240,452 .XYZ domain names registered. According to ntldstats, 14.27% of all new gTLD registrations are .XYZ registrations until now.

Two new gTLDs have more than 500,000 registrations : .XYZ and .Top. Eight new gTLDs have more than 200,000 : .Party (208,363 registrations), .Win (268,163     registrations), .Club (298,985     registrations), .Science (327,727 registrations), .网址 (xn--ses554g) (368,266 registrations), .Wang (487,371 registrations), .Top (577,911 registrations) and .XYZ (1,240,452 registrations)

.DE Domains Pass 16 Million Mark

A few days ago the 16 millionth domain name with a .DE ending was registered.

At the time of writing this article, the registry operator is showing 16.012.552 domain names in total.

.DE is the largest country code domain in terms of registrations. According to the registry operator, about 50,000 .de domain names are registered every single month.

DENIC registered the 14 millionth .de domain name on 26 November 2010 and the 15 millionth .de domain name on April 18,2012.The registration growth rate has decreased over the last couple of years, according to these figures.

According to whois records, the domain name was first registered in NOvember,2005 .However, whois records are indexed for the domain name from 2014.

According to the report, the domain name had three biders  .

“With having an online presence being so important for our growth plans this will really help turn Maharaja into a widely celebrated brand” said the company’s spokesman.

DomainPros.com has recently acquired 260 five-number .com domain names for $ 1 million. The transaction has been finalized three days ago.

MOst of the domain names included in the deal belonged to Marchex’s portfolio.

Some of the domain names acquired are 21889.com and 36689.com .

Over the past few years, numeric domain names have experienced consistent growth and will most likely become more and more valuable . Asian investors tend to acquire more and more numeric domain names ,making these domain names extremely valuable.
