XA.COM Domain Name Sells for $850,000.
According to Domain News, the domain name XA.com was recently sold for $850,000. The buyer is Kyar Kyin Yang of the Philippines.
According to whois records, the domain name was first registered in 1998. Moroever, the domain name seems to have been sold by Vincent Cheng.
XA.com has become the third largest domain name sale of this year, and the second largest LL.com domain name.
According to the DomainNews, Total New gTLD Registrations Pass 10 Million. There are now over 10 million domain names registered across the 795 new gTLDs that have entered General Availability .
According to ntldstats, there are now 10,018,815 new gTLD registered .The 9 million registration mark was hit just a couple of weeks ago.
The new gTLD with the most registrations continues to be .xyz with 1,619,206 registrations, or 16.14% of all domain names.Second on the list is .top with 887,644 registrations, followed by .Wang with 586,122 registrations.
Eight new gTLDs have over 100,000 domain names registered: Club, .Science, .Party, .Link, .Click, .Ren, .Website, and .Realtor. .Online and .Date .
According to ntldstats.com , there are now 794 new gTLD domain name extensions.

According to DNJournal, the Non .Com gTLDs were led by a trio of five-figure sales with Scrip.netsetting the pace at $14,709. The biggest sale in this category that you haven’t seen yet is #4 on our latest weekly Non .Com gTLD Top 20 Sales Chart. That is Generous.org, a domain that changed hands through URLs.net for $7,500.
Another .org, DMZ.org, rounded out the first five with a $7,200 sale at Flippa. The next four spots all went to three-letter .nets. Sedo sold LXW.net, PXW.net, QCW.net and XHW.net for$4,800 each. Flippa then completed the top half of the leader board with Mars.net at $4,700. Sedo ran the rest of the board and put a dozen more three-letter .nets on the second half of the elite list.
With all of those 3-letter .net sales, the .nets scored another easy win in the extension race, taking 19 of the 25 entries (the extra spots resulting from a six-way tie for the final position)

Afilias announced recently that .Pro domain names are now available for all registrants.
“Global registry leader Afilias pls announced that beginning today, .PRO is an unrestricted Top Level Domain open to all registrants. That means that everyone is now eligible to register a domain name ending .PRO, such as afilias.pro or yourname.pro. Registration is now available at all .PRO accredited registrars.
According to Collin Campbell, Chairman and Founder of .Club Domains, Over 10,000 5-Number .Club domain names have been registered on November 15,2015. Collin Campbell made the announcement on Twitter on November 15.
Some of the domain names registered are : 19998.club, 21112.club, 21113.club, 71255.club and 99769.club .
The news came shortly after all 4-number .club domain names were registered a few days ago by Chinese registrant.

He has recently sold over 2,000 four letter domain names for $3 million usd. Frank Schilling announced that all four letter domain ending in .Link and .Click have sold out at the registry level.
